This week on Talk Dizzy To Me, the one and only Dr. Susan Whitney
joins us to answer Jeff Walter's questions about some of the more
controversial topics in the vestibular field.
Susan L. Whitney, received her PhD in motor development/motor
learning from the University of Pittsburgh, her professional
physical therapy education from Temple University in
Philadelphia, and her DPT from MGH Institute of the Health
Professions.
Currently, she is a professor in physical therapy in the UPMC
School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, and she is the
program director of the Centers for Rehab Services (CRS) Balance
and Vestibular Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Whitney has authored or
coauthored more than 90 articles on Medline, most of which relate
to vestibular rehabilitation. She has also coauthored a book
related to dizziness and balance disorders.
