Season 5 #7 Manchester United (H) - 26/11/23

Bristol City Women slip to a 2-0 defeat to Manchester United in
front of a record-breaking crowd at Ashton Gate stadium.


Just over 14,000 people flocked to BS3 to watch a solid
performance with plenty of stand-out defensive moments.


While at least half the crowd were there to see ex-Vixen and now
football legend Mary Earps, it was the shot-stopping of City
keeper Liv Clark that caught the eye.


City will take much heart from a game which saw us struggle to
effectively link defensive, midfield and attacking play.


Make no mistake, this was a battling effort, and will add fuel to
our fire when we face Liverpool after the international break.
