EP 03 - How to Rock Business Planning for the Most Successful Year Ever

Okay, so I’m going to let you in on a little secret. Until
recently, I hated planning and avoided it like
the plague. But you know where that got me? Absolutely nowhere.
Because without a plan, there’s no action. And
without action, there’s no growth, no forward movement, nada.





I decided I had to start taking action in my business and needed
a plan. But all the planners I found were too
complicated for me to follow through with and use. Do
you have any half-used planners around or am I the only one? And
the mentors I followed shared how they planned, but none of them
were “just the right fit” for me and my personality. I crave
simple. Period.





So I overhauled about three of the planning systems that most
closely aligned with my needs. I took from here and there, I
chopped here and there, I added here and there. And wallah! I
finally have a planning system that’s perfect
and checks all the boxes for me. 





Today I want to share step one of that system
with you. Hopefully, you’ll find it ultra helpful so you can
nail those dreams and goals of yours in 2021.
