Big Ten Morning Minutes: Some good news for a few hoops programs

Yesterday a new commit and a new transfer entered the Big Ten
Conference and Mike Chen gets you up to date on the newest
athletes to join the conference. There was also a transfer on the
gridiron along with the NCAA finally making a move that benefits
a few players.
