Neil Killion is a former psychologist/management consultant, who
for around 20 years founded and ran his own outplacement company in
Sydney, Australia. His clients included many blue chip companies
and large Government authorities. His discovery of "Life Cycles
Theory" happened by accident when he was doing an ad hoc validation
study of Daniel Levinson's "Mid-Career" identity.

Since 2005 he has devoted himself to the research and development
of this theory of 12 year symbolic cycles in life, based on
biographical analysis. He has written 3 books - "Life Cycles"
(2008), "The Life Cycles Revolution" (2013) and "Life Cycles -
Relationships" (2017).

He has received a very positive critical response with a number of
Finalist Awards and the Silver Medal in Philosophy/Religion for the
Readers Favorite Awards. His Goodreads average is 4.3/5.0 with
commments including, "Utterly fascinating. Highly recommended."
(Mid-West Book Review) and " "The book puts together enough
evidence to make Killion's thesis credible.......in a way that will
keep readers hooked."

Neil is a lifelong tennis tragic, who plays 3 times a week at his
local courts. He is also a fitness trainer and away from sport his
interests include music (he has been an amateur songwriter who
plays piano at his club) and texas holdem poker (he runs and plays
a club game twice a week and has competed in numerous tourmaments)
plus on-line chess and trivia.
