for twenty-five years, teaching and researching in Australia, New
Zealand, mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He has held
positions at The University of Melbourne, Beijing No. 2 Foreign
Language Institute, the International School of Beijing, and the
University of Wales in Sichuan. Anthony is currently Associate
Professor of Futures Studies at the Beijing Institute of Technology
(Zhuhai) and the coordinator of the Global Talent 2050
platform.
