Scott Taylor, EdD is currently President/Executive Director of The
Monroe Institute in VA. TMI is a leading institute in the
exploration of consciousness. Monroe was founded by Bob Monroe, a
pioneer in out-of-body experiences and consciousness
research.
Dr. Taylor has been a trainer for the Institute since 1985 and was
named Ex. Dir. in March of this year. He first came to TMI as a
result of having had a shared near-death experience.
Most recently, Dr. Taylor was small business management faculty at
South Central College in Minnesota. He retired after 20 years and
numerous teaching awards.
Prior to his academic career, Dr. Taylor was president of Brett’s
Department Stores based out of Mankato, MN. Brett’s had 17 stores
in two states.
