Got the promotion but afraid of it?

Have you ever wanted a promotion and NOT wanted it at the same
time? A lot of the professional women I coach admit to feeling
afraid that if they take a promotion, they’ll have to work even
harder and they won’t be able to handle the responsibility and
will fail. I’m sharing why neither of those fears is true.
