As a young nurse, I saw many people die. What I learned is how
precious life is. Patients kept telling me, “Don’t wait til
you’re older to enjoy life. Enjoy it now.” During this time,
journaling was my safe space. As a young woman, most of my
journaling consisted of shedding the feelings I was processing
and moving through. As I got older and began to study success,
the journaling became more intentional. On this episode, I’ll
share how to develop an “energetic vibration journaling
practice.” When you pair this with meditation, there’s nothing
more powerful. Journaling and meditation keep you grounded and
connected with who you actually are. I’ll show you the
intentional journaling process I bring my clients through. This
process can give you clarity about whether to stay at your job,
move on, upgrade, or go in a different direction.
