In Germany, 1922, there was a farm, with six people living on it.
An elderly couple, their daughter, her two children, and the new
family maid who was staying her first night. When the family
didn’t show up for church, and one of the children didn’t show up
for school, neighbours began to worry, and searched the home. All
six household members were found bludgeoned to death.
