Well hi everyone!


Another regular season is in the books, yet for so many reasons
it feels like the action is just beginning!


For some franchises they are looking ahead to putting on a show
in the Playoffs, but for many others it is a case of emptying
lockers and leaving the top brass to try and identify just what
went wrong in 2023 - and how to make it better in 2024.


These processes invariably see teams parting with Head Coaches
and GM's, so looking back on the firings on the day most NFL fans
know as 'Black Monday', just what do the guys think of this
season's comings and goings?
