Matt Dlugos - Joins two CrossFit Legends at Wodapalooza and Crushes It!

At only age 24, Matt Dlugos has a lot of waves left to make in
the sport of CrossFit. Bursting onto the scene in 2021 with a
12th place finish at the West Coast Classic, Matt's looking to
take the next step this season by qualifying for the CrossFit
Games.
