How to successfully navigate business small talk in English

Small talk is that time at the beginning of a meeting where you
ask people how they are, about the weather etc. Small talk isn't
a small deal. It can be a big deal and it can be one of the
things that you don't feel confident with in English meetings. In
this episdode I guide you through this and give you some key
questions that you can ask to start small talk and some example
dialogues of how to respond.
