Vocabulary to answer the phone and make calls at work

I was inspired to do this episode by a client's comments and my
own personal experience trying to navigate phone calls in
Spanish. I've put together some essential vocabulary that can
help you to answer the phone and make those all important English
phone calls. If you are like me It takes practice for it to feel
more comfortable so be patient.
