Ep. 78 - Softball Player to Head University Coach - with Nikki Udria

Today on the podcast we have head Biola University softball
coach, Nikki Udria.


 


Nikki played softball at University of Oregon where she was a two
time all American. She has also played on the USA softball team!
And now she is about to start her third year as the head coach at
Biola.


 


Nikki shares her testimony with us: How she really came to know
and follow Jesus, how it impacted her in her relationship with
her (now fiance), her career as a player, and now the way that
she coaches. We talk really specifically about purity her
boyfriend and why it’s important. It’s rare to be able to have a
candid conversation with a head NCAA coach so this is truly a
gift. She has a unique story of becoming a college coach very
quickly after graduating herself. And how coaching has grown her
faith more than anything.
