so real and we all deal with it. Today I want to offer 4
practical things to focus on during this off season time. These
are not only things to help you this summer, but these are things
that will carry you through your next season and on throughout
your life. My challenge to you is that you would take one, two,
three, or all four things and apply them to some area of your
life. It doesn’t have to be difficult, but making these small
adjustments to your schedule now will help you be able to
implement and carry over healthy practices into your life when
things get busy again.
