Episode 76: Handling the Unexpected

My daughter broke her arm and had to have surgery this weekend:
unexpected. And as I was spending countless hours in various
hospitals, I began to look at the way our brain responds to
unexpected circumstances (for example, a husband's pornography
addiction). In this episode, I break down a few of the ways our
brain responds and how to combat it when it isn't the most
