Show Notes:
Humans have a deep need for purpose. Purpose is what
compels us and gives us the necessary motivation to do difficult
things. In part 1 we talked about how purpose is decided
not discovered. We uncovered 7 limiting beliefs that blind
us to identifying and living our purpose. In this episode,
I offer 4 simple steps to help you identify and begin taking
action toward deciding on and creating your purpose. I give you
lots of examples of how I and my clients have applied these
principles. I’ll also offer some important ways to manage
your mind in the process.
Here are some of things you’ll learn on this episode:
How spending more of the day consuming things rather than
creating can limit your ability to identify and create your
purpose
Where to start in creating your purpose
Important questions to ask yourself
Why looking inside yourself for the answers rarely works and
where to look instead Important ways to manage your mind
