Stress Part 2: How to Stop Stressing About Stress

Stress occurs when we feel like we don't have the ability or the
resources to deal with demands in our lives.  This can
result in feelings overwhelm, exhaustion, frustration and
discouragement.  Sometimes it is true that we aren't able to
deal with something.  However, more often we ARE able to
deal with it, we just THINK it's too hard because of how we see
it.  As we learn to see our problems and ourselves more
accurately, we are able to stop stressing about stress and deal
with the problem in a helpful way.
