Happy 1 year | Mike's Weight Loss Journey

On this episode, Izzy and Mike talk about their 1yr anniversary
of the Regular G.I. Joe podcast. Izzy shares his prayers to those
that were impacted by Hurricane Ian. Izzy shares that water parks
are an infestation of people urinating in the water and how
people are just splashing the water all around. It seems that
Izzy and the other 3 trying to ride the tube were way to heavy,
even had alarms sounding off. Mike shares his insight on Izzy
suing Aquatica because of the body shaming… Mike shares his
weight loss journey and his process of losing weight to have
confidence in himself and feels that representation is key to
work, going out, and for his spouse. Mike shares details of the
concept of infinite banking which was brought about by another
host of a podcast titled aesthetic business. Mike discusses
reverse dieting to be able to put on weight/muscle with the
winter coming up and then in the summertime it reverts to cutting
weight. Izzy and Mike talk about being disciplined and committed
to working out and even though you go on vacation doesn’t mean
you need to stop working out; however, Izzy doesn’t see it that
way since he enjoys the party scene.
