On this episode, Izzy and Mike discuss how the psyche of people
can be when a woman or man want to begin working out, it can be
perceived as a negative view. On the other hand, people are
wanting to work out just to be healthy versus being a sex appeal.
During covid, it revealed a lot of people began to work out, and
if women or men think it is wrong it can be because of their
insecurities. Insecurities can be misconstrued as jealously, but
in reality, it isn’t. People need to understand that being
insecure is bad for the mental and well-being of people. Mike
shares how he feels hungry even though he is trying to stay
committed to his diet and eating right. So, if you see Mike
pulling a gum out to eat, that is a sign he is starving. I guess
starvation is the key to dieting, at least it is for Mike... We
believe it is individual based if people want to better
themselves, it means sacrificing and setting goals for yourselves
versus waiting for that day you hit the lotto. People can’t blame
it on their age anymore as to why they can’t be in the gym to
workout, for there are 70yr old men/women that look great.
