celebrity keynote speakers during his work conference, one was
Michael Phelps and the other Mack Newton. Mike talks about how
many people were not feeling Michael Phelps story of his
achievements. The message that should have been taken was Phelps
commitment, dedication, and overcoming adversity of being in the
Olympics. Mike shares how impressive Mack Newton speech was and
how this person had so many accolades but was more invested in
helping people. Mack Newton showcased his pride in overcoming
adversity. Mike shares his outlook on wanting to create a resume
of his life and be able to continue to achieve milestones versus
