Gotta Be Better

On this episode, Izzy and Mike talk about Izzy nephew that wrote
the hysterical Navy basic training letter. Izzy talks about his
frustration with his nephew’s leadership but even more with the
supervisor not caring about their troops. Mike talks about that
if you get into trouble that it is better to take ownership of
your actions, for how you handle it will definitely make life
easier. Sooner or later another negative incident may occur that
will trump the incident you were in, so keep your head down and
continue to do your work and not let that incident affect you.
Izzy and Mike share their views about supervising. It is also a
great thing to know people for you never know when you will need
to pull out the rolodex to help you out. Izzy and Mike talk about
that when being a leader or a supervisor that the main concept is
