Raya and Stephen pack in a pre-Christmas special with a ton of
extra content - and even an extra voice in the studio.


There's shopping galore, as not only has Stephen splashed out on
proper sunglasses, but his eBay exploits have taken a surprise
turn when a series of 'what the hell' bids have turned into
auction wins.


But our main chat topic is the Euro championships Raya has just
returned from. Ibiza!!! How did she do? And how did she do it?
Stephen does his best to understand, even when Raya describes the
cycling route as 'all uphill' and Stephen wonders if the course
organiser was M C Escher. Either way. listen out for a few
banter fails (#banterfails). It's not all love.


And our main feature: Zwift. We talk to Steve Beckett, the chief
of marketing and one of the original 6 members of the company,
about their plans for the future, how virtual cycling is defining
the shape of training to come, and even how it will change the
world of gaming.


Plus, as ever, the Velominati presents us with a rule that gets
to the core of training. With 3 voices in the studio it can't be
a split vote. Which way will it go? And does anyone care?
