Its perhaps the biggest story of the year, but most media houses
have dared not touch it .... and now the Electoral Bond (legal)
Scam will be overshadowed by the Maharashtra Govt. formation drama
that is expected to stretch for some time!!! However in this
edition of Akash-Vani we take a look at how Electoral Bonds were
SUPPOSED to work - how they have been working - how the Govt. bent
every procedure to get the bonds introduced and then broke its own
