So now our air quality comes up in a US Presidential Debate - but
despite the international alarm over India's worsening air
quality - we seem to be in a snooze mode. Even here the chalta
hai attitude seem to be working - and precious little being done
on the ground. 


Every year like clockwork - there are allegations and counter
allegations - some assurances are made - some studies are
conducted and in the end there is no consensus over what even
causes this mayhem!
