As an Idea - The Uniform Civil Code is as simple and efficient as
it gets. Like Criminal Law - there should be a uniform Civil Law
for the people of India - REGARDLESS of religion / geography and
background. Where there is no argument over the fact that UCC is
a great idea - question is - has the time for such a law come in
India where personal beliefs are still very strong and contrary
to what the mainstream media will tell you .... this law will
impact ALL religions and take away things like the Hindu
Undivided Family - that is used as a tax saving  instrument
by many.
