Ep. 37 - Poolhall Junkies (More Tarantino-inspired films)

Josh Bennett is back to talk about another 90’s (in this case,
early 2000’s) Tarantino-inspired film. “Poolhall Junkies” was
written by two real pool hustlers who were trying to hustle each
other, then decided to write a script based on thier personal
experiences. Although never directly stated, this film was one of
many that was heavily inspired by Quentin Tarantino after his
massive success in the 90's. The film was set up for a sequel
involving card sharks, but life happens, and the idea was
scrapped.
