Episode Notes
The "relationship plant" is my practical tip to help you meet the
specific needs of your relationship and your soul! When you can
be aware of what is most important to keep your relationship
nourished and well, you'll be more likely to catch areas that are
slipping before it becomes a crisis.
This is for individuals, too! Keep your personal plant thriving,
and you'll be able to choose and care for your relationship
better.
So, what do you (and your partner) need?
Air: what makes you feel free, light, flowy?
Water: what nourishes you, replenishes you?
Sun: what gives you energy, adventure or passion?
Soil: what keeps you grounded, secure?
Feel free to change the definitions of these to whatever suits
you best! This is just to get you started :)
