Relational trauma and abuse is a experience that so many
individuals suffer through in isolation. Today's episode guest
and I discuss her experience of an abusive relationship and how
she found healing and hope afterwards.


Jennifer Adams is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
who specializes in Trauma Healing and is on both the Trauma
Informed Care as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Committee Member at San Fernando Valley Community Mental Health
Center. She’s also earning her Ph.D. in Trauma and Disaster
Relief at Northcentral University. Jennifer’s experience of
healing her own childhood trauma sparked her desire to help
others be free.
