Very Bold Radio 9-4-21 with Ron Rittimann & Mike Spears

It’s Peanut Butter Bowl time so we are congratulating and talking
with Coach Ron Rittimann for Alamo Heights’ incredible 5 1/2 day
charge to collect 3,900 jars of peanut butter (current count). We
also thank Coach for his leadership with Peanut Butter Bowl
overall in inviting and inspiring other coaches to participate to
feed hungry children through high school football.
Then we talk to our Peanut Butter Bowl MVP donor, Mike Spears.
Mike explains his involvement, interest, and generosity and how
this year he is spreading the love (and the peanut butter!) to
all 20 schools involved in what PB Bowl is calling the Mike
Spears Touchdown Challenge. Though Mike is donating $100/50 jars
for every Peanut Butter Bowl TD (check the scores of the first 4
games — that’s A LOT of PB already!)— we are inviting people or
businesses to do their own team’s Touchdown Challenge and donate
50 jars per TD. Canyon Cougars have two individuals taking the
challenge and one taking the brand new defense Turnover Challenge
(50 jars per turnover created).
