while in college. Making music and money, but feeding the flesh
and reaping the consequences. Denying God calling him and

the pastor.  Being seen and known by a woman. Repeating
the process.


34:50-36:20 Repeatedly being called by God through a friend. “I
know you’re here God, but I do not understand.”


36:20-39:15 Playing Bible roulette. Deuteronomy 28. God paints
Darius’ life story through this chapter. Beginning of his process
of sanctification by removing things from his life, including
alcohol and idols. 


39:15-41:25 Hitting a high, but feeling so low. Conviction to go
back to church while sitting in a bar. 


41:25-42:30 The plot twist of how Darius met his wife. A change
from not wanting to God to speak to him, to now asking for
it. 


42:30-48:20 Darius bragging about his wife, his initial love for
her love for God. How their love story started. God brought
Darius’ story full circle, making him the pastor of a church he
swore he would never go back to. 


48:20-50:00 Encouragement from Darius to trust in God instead of
the idols we put in His place.
