SCOUT REPORT: Rochdale (A)

Mets caught up with Dean from RochdaleAFC.com to look ahead to
Saturdays game at the Crown Oil Arena.

Rovers come into this game off the back of a 3-1 loss against
Hull on Tuesday night. Despite going 1-0 up after all of 2
minutes on the clock through James Daly, Rovers conceded 3 in the
second half. Unusually all three players who came on in a triple
substitution got on the scoresheet. This included former Rovers
man Tom Eaves.


Rochdale battled back twice to secure a 2-2 draw with Sunderland
on Tuesday night at home. Both goals coming from the returning
Matty Lund. 


Dean talks about the system manager Brian Barry-Murphy has
deployed this season which has seen them sit in mid-table after 9
games.

He talks about the ins and outs for Dale this summer. Most
notably Ian Henderson out and Matty Lund in and how this has
precipitated a change in style for Dale.
