A CHAT WITH: Tom Foley

Mets sat down with assistant Kit Man at Bristol Rovers and Gas
legend Tom Foley. They sat down at The Barton Hill Boxing Club
where Tom volunteers.

Tom has been in post for 18 years and has seen plenty of the
behind the scenes going on at the Gas.

Tom takes us through what his role entails, the huge amount of
work that goes on behind the scenes on a matchday. He talks about
his previous life as Captain Gas, one he took on to win a
bet!

He chats about the best and worst managers he's seen at the Gas
and gives us a peek behind the curtain at what a motivator Joey
Barton is.

A die hard Gashead himself he talks about how he feels when
following the gas up and down the country and clues us into why
Ellis Harrison ran over to the bench when he scored at
Wembley.
