Getting Real About: Self-Love

Our favorite day of the week is here! On this week's episode we
are getting real about self-love. As you all know I am a huge
self-love advocate, so I was super excited to do this episode
with the adorable Shayla Montgomery. 18-year-old Shayla is
currently Miss Oregon Teen USA. Throughout her childhood, she
struggled with self-love and now sees young girls with the same
issues she had. This is why she created Teens Speak Life, a
national movement that promotes self-love and positive teen
interaction! A junior in college, Shayla hopes to become a Nurse
Practitioner in Dermatology upon graduating. Please listen as she
