Keeping it Real with Alice Magoto

This week on the podcast we are #keepingitreal! Alice Magoto, a
former Ohio America and USA titleholder, initially started this
movement by not editing her headshots for the national pageants.
From there, she turned it into a holistic concept of just loving
yourself as you are (does that sound familiar?). She
intentionally uses her social media as a way to refresh her feed
with some reality because she understands how easy it is to get
caught up in everyone's highlight reel. Listen as we discuss
photoshop, plastic surgery, and how competing in pageants pushed
her to become more self-aware.
