Illinois State’s Drew Himmelman joined me on the podcast this
week, where we discussed his transition from a tall lanky High
Schooler to the mauler Left Tackle NFL prospect that he is today.
We talked about the struggles of covid-19 and how it impacted his
senior year, such as playing the FCS season in the spring rather
than the fall; and his preparations for the upcoming NFL Draft.
We also talked about how Drew was the lead blocker at Illinois
State, for now, NFL star Running Back James Robinson. We
concluded the interview by discussing some of Drew’s
off-the-field hobbies, Illinois State O-Line dinners, and Drew’s
