Dane Heid of DH Custom Baits is back on the JMO Podcast to have a
fun conversation about choosing lure colors. How often as anglers
do the colors we chose to tie on our line really matter to the
fish? Fishing with confidence as anglers can be key to success,
staying engaged and focused is easier when we are confident in
our presentation and color can be a big factor in that process.
In this interview my friend Dane and I chat about lure color
concepts and our own personal takes on how often the fish care
about our presentations color vs how often the color matters only
in our head as anglers as well as how often those two realities
can overlap. For nothing else talking about lure color is just
