The players of this drama are Jesus the Anointed One born as a
Jew and a Samaritan woman. The sun was bright and very hot. The
desert sands reflected the glare. It was dry, very dry.
Spiritually it had been that way for centuries. Prejudices,
social status and shame governed society. According to custom
they should not engage in conversation. She thirsts. She is
alone. Then Jesus walks into her loneliness and everything
