Several of our friends are undergoing personal crises right now.
Some are seeing long-term relationships come to an end. Another
friend is about to get evicted and one of the other homies is
stuck and can't get home for Christmas because of all this
craziness. How do you save people? It's hard to know how to
counsel friends when they are in the midst of a crisis. Sometimes
we're afraid to reach out to friends in acute crises because we
think that they'll be embarrassed or ashamed. As people that have
been on the receiving end of some amazing help and with
everything going on, this is such a necessary conversation.
