God's Promise

The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise. He will return but
he is patient because he does not want anyone to perish but
everyone to come to repentance. Ever since Christ ascended into
heaven there have been scoffers asking, where is this coming he
promised? We can trust that he will return but until then we
should grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus
Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.
