Hope

Advent: the great anticipation of the second coming of Jesus. In
the Old Testament the Jews waited for their Messiah Jesus. Today
Jesus leads the church and has filled us with His Spirit. But
he’s coming again, and the promise of his second coming is
dependent upon his promises and faithfulness. God foretold the
Saviour would come the first time - and He did. God tells us that
Jesus is coming again - He will. Our hope is in the promises of
God and his faithfulness.
