of Draconian lockdown, governments all around bet on mobile apps
to trace any potential outbreak hotspots, but what do those apps
do for telecoms? Elsewhere, our oceans have seen an increase in
cabling activity and data centre giants continue to report solid
results and launching new services on top of expansions despite
early fears that Covid-19 would derail plans. Featuring
