Ep 10: Dr. Cassandra Wilder on Going on a Healing Journey to Costa Rica and Central America to Learn from Indigenous Women and Discover Her Purpose

After leaving an abusive relationship and taking a trip to Costa
Rica, Cassandra Wilder realized that she had to pursue a calling
that would take her beyond her job in law enforcement. So she put
in her two weeks notice, sold all her belongings, and set about a
4 month journey through Central America to learn more about
herself and the world of nutrition, and naturopathic medicine.
When she returned to the US, she decided to pursue a doctorate
degree and start her own practice.
