Wagyu Whiskey - Customer service / asking for help / genuine passion

Tan and Dan are two good mates love Japanese animation, wagyu and
whisky. A few years ago, they took risk quit their banking jobs of
15 years and started their own business of selling the products
they enjoy themselves. They didn’t have much ideas what to do and
barely able to break even in their first year’s operations. Fast
forward to April 2020, they are now struggling to keep up with
