Humanizing Enterprise Architecture with Dave Armes at ServiceNow

Dave is the Area VP of Enterprise Architecture EMEA at
ServiceNow.  During his presentation, Dave focuses on
“humanizing enterprise architecture” – staying mentally healthy,
keeping in mind that humans use the systems we design, and
embracing change. At ServiceNow they actually use the acronym
LEAP which stands for “lean enterprise architecture for people”.
