#17 Sneak Peak - Stacey Copas - Motivated Miriam

Miriam Holme is so excited to be interviewing Stacey Copas on our
Sisters That Slay #podcast! So many times I have been stuck and
in a negative mindset and I actually channel her amazing
resilience and kick ass attitude! Stacey is going to R O C K and

Stacey has not let a devastating accident that left her a
quadriplegic and dependent on a wheelchair at 12 years old slow
her down. Instead she has used her life experiences and personal
philosophies to become Australia’s keynote speaker on resilience.


Her first book ‘How to Be Resilient’ was also endorsed by Brian
Tracy, Layne Beachley and Jack Delosa. With a “say yes and figure
out how” later approach to life Stacey has achieved some
remarkable feats including starring in a feature film,
volunteering in Solomon Islands, competing at a national level in
para-athletics, running for parliament and a charity ambassador
and mentor.


She is a next level power women and it’s a privilege for her to
