SPOTLIGHT: Achieving Productive Remote Work with Bob Pozen

Productivity expert Bob Pozen joins the podcast to discuss his
latest book, “Remote, Inc.”. He argues that employees should see
themselves as owners of their own business of one and see their
managers as clients. He also gives advice for how to make
meetings and day-to-day work more effective.


 


Bob Pozen is a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of
Management and a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Brookings
Institution. He is a former president of Fidelity Investments and
executive chairman of MFS Investment Management. He has extensive
experience in business, government and journalism. He is the
co-author of “Remote, Inc.: How to Thrive at Work...Wherever You
Are” and author of “Extreme Productivity: Boost Your Results,
Reduce Your Hours”.
