WCD 007: Kevin Kelly

Kevin Kelly is Senior Maverick at Wired magazine, which he
co-founded in 1993. His most recent book, The Inevitable, is a
New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller. From
1984-1990 Kelly was publisher and editor of the Whole Earth
Catalogs. He co-founded the Hackers’ Conference, and was
involved with the launch of the WELL, a pioneering online
service started in 1985. He also founded the popular website
Cool Tools in 2003.


 


Kevin wrote a short essay titled 1,000 True Fans that to this
day is one of my all time favorite short reads, especially for
content creators or artists on any type.


 


Tim Ferriss calls Kevin the real-life Most Interesting Man in
the World.
