Daniel nous fait part de sa passion pour l'apprentissage et
l'enseignement.





Depuis tout jeune, il souhaitait devenir professeur
d'informatique et cette passion l'a finalement mené à une
carrière axée sur le leadership et le mentorat.





Daniel aime être le lien entre la technologie et les personnes.
Pour lui, un bon leader tech se distingue par l'empathie, le
mentorat et l'engagement communautaire, tout en encourageant
l'apprentissage continu et beaucoup de communication au sein des
équipes.





Daniel insiste également sur l'importance des mentors dans sa
propre carrière et la nécessité de transmettre ces enseignements
à son tour.

Daniel shares with us his passion for learning and teaching.





From an early age, he wanted to become a computer science
teacher, and this passion eventually led him to a career focused
on leadership and mentoring.





Daniel enjoys being the link between technology and people. For
him, a good tech leader is defined by empathy, mentoring and
community involvement, while encouraging continuous learning and
lots of communication within teams.





Daniel also insists on the importance of mentors in his own
career and the need to transmit these teachings in turn.
